View Full Version : How to turn off motion blur in ALL objects but one....

Hey guys...

I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not, but do any of you know how to turn off motion blur on ALL objects but one? I'm working on a model with about 50 parts on it and I can't possibly go through 49 of them one by one and turn off their motion blurs. I tried fooling with the selection stuff but having a tough time. Can anyone help a fella out? Thanks.

You just need to use the Attribute Spread Sheet!

1. Select all the moving parts
2. Go to Window > General Editors > Attribute Spread Sheet
3. Go to the 'Render Column'
4. Select the whole 'Motion Blur' column and type 0 to turn it off

Then just turn it back on for the only object you want blurred!

It won't work if you're rendering with Mental Ray though,
