I posted this in the 2d section.
Matte painting done in Photoshop and Max for a class project. The bridge was done in 3d and brought into Photoshop to be painted over. Where did I get all of those cars? They are 1/24 scale model cars that I have collected over the years.
This painting was taken into combustion and animated with footage of a person pulling up in a car and walking around in confusion.

nice work on this one, I like the concept and the idea, good work on the composited footage, but I think the matte needs more to be completly photorealistic, you have some very blury edges in the fooliage ans trees, maybe the aereal perspective is not good or something about the lighting that makes it look flat, with this kind of weather you will have to have a lot of haze at the distance and less saturation on the colors, good job
