View Full Version : My first demo
SimonTG 12-14-2006, 09:04 PM Just started 3d animation class 2 months ago and finished my first short demo. Its pretty simple but Im rather happy about the result for a first project.
Its uploaded on youtube so compression quality is rather low but the essential can be seen.
Thanks for viewing, any comments, critiques, ideas on what to improve are very welcome.

You know, it is really hard to say something... It is just the begining so what I can say to you is to work more more and more than you can imagine :) Concerning your real, there is some good point : the dynamics, the way that the film ends. But there is some strange movement concerning the car (when he does a looping for example). Perhaps you could try to improve your render... But I know this is just the begining so keep working :)

That's a really good reel. Just one thing I'd like to point out. When the car smashes into the Jenga set, the Jenga pieces look like there's hardly any weight tied to them at all. You might want to scale the keyframes tighter to make them fall faster to the ground.
