Hello,
Im a little new to this, in the past ive not really had to worry about file size, compatability and streaming with the projects Ive worked on.
So Im after advice on good formats, codecs(and settings), acceptable resolutions and file sizes etc.

Any advice, experience, thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated. Especially good quicktime mov codec settings.
