some nice things in your work but i think this is not the way to show it. People will go to see your work if you reply to others posts or if you show your work on dedicated thread, not on a topic just saying : "come one to see my portfolio here !"

well this is what the description of the thread says.....
"Post and view finished animation work including short films, commercials and reels"

Turns out that this is the right spot for what I have posted!

I think that he would say to put the direct link to the movie and not to your portfolio...

Ok point taken.....but this is how you do it on every other VFX site....Such as VFX talk. You post where your reel is in a gallery section and then you get a critique. No big deal.
