View Full Version : Sans Solo?
joeski4d 12-13-2006, 06:42 PM I really love the new layers system in r10. One thing in particular that I like is the ability to "Solo" a particular layer...
What I'm wondering, is there a way to Solo an object without having to put it on a new layer? It would be really nice to have a hot-key set to to "solo" the selected object (toggle) in the viewer without having to put in on a new layer. Any way to do this?
I know it's good practice to use layers, but sometimes it would be nice to have this ability w/out that extra step....
Ideas?
TIA,
Joe

SoloButton:) Works fine in R10 as it seems. (Haven't checked all options in it, but the core solo functions is ok)

Finally Yoshiaki comes out for the bow he so richly deserves! Thanks so much for SoloButton--it's been absolutely essential ever since I first found it.

I must join the choir here...every time i fire of c4d i use this plugin. it goes a long way to fill the space that Ghoster Tags used to fill from Darf. Thanks a ton.

I agree, this is one of the most indispensable plugins for C4d.
@rodney: you can still use ghoster tag, you do not need a code for it, it runs fine without.

right, moka. i have found the basic ghoster tag works fine on tags, but there were a lot more functions before that aren't there now for ghosting objects, inverting the hidden selections, unghosting all, etc. maybe that was called Ghoster Object, can't remember. As far as i know those are gone.

I know I'm bringing this post back from the dead but this is probably one of the most important plugins for me. I do arch viz and would be crippled without it.
My question is simple will this work on a 64bit system as I will be changing workstation soon.
Does it need to be reconpiled ?
ps:
Great plug Yoshiaki.
Thanks.

Any chance of an update? If nothing more to match C4D's new GUI icons. I feel... weird... running a two year old plug-in.

you can change the icons yourself by replacing the icons files in the plugin folder.
