A head study. Pretty stylized. Started out as nurbs, but was converted over to Poly's for tweaks and texturing. Still needs some hair:)

Nice job on this, I like the style very much, but I have to say that it's kinda of hard to actually tell that this is a girl, (or it might be just me). If the topic header didn't say so then I would have thought it was a guy.

Some crits:

The eye brows. They don't really fit in with the cartoon/realistic style of the model, they look too . . . plasticky and aren't modelled in the same way as the rest of the head, causing them to stand out. Perhaps texturing them will change that, but I'm not too sure about that.

Taking into consideration how the rest of the head looks, the ears do look somewhat small.

Now that I look at it, she reminds me of someone. Where did you get the inspiration for the model? A real person or a cartoon?

Thanks so much for the crit Temporal,

She's certainly is a bit tomboyish. Hopefully some hair and eyelashes will help with that.

I definitely think your right about the eyebrows, they were sort of thrown on there last minute. With the ears as well. I had some trouble with that area where the jaw meets up with the ear, some larger ears just might do the trick.

As far as resemblance goes, I'm not quite sure. Let me know if you think of it. I hope to update her, so I'll post when I get around to it....but you know how that goes :)

Thanks Again
