What program did you use ....?

About the textures, ut2k3 original characters have one 1024 for the head and one 1024 for the body. Such res is for highest details and really fast videocards :) But in my private opinion its kinda too high, but what could i do, these textures are scaled down automaticly so i couldnt draw em in lower res coz they would suck in medium details probably.

very cool design. can he use that skull on his back ashead gear? that would be awsome.

very cool model and your skinning is great, prolly your best skin so far. You should put him in a mean pose and make a beauty render.
