marugie 02-14-2003, 10:06 AM Hello all,
Im desperately looking for a wireframe shader for XSI.
I've tried the toon shader but it always crosses the polygons which doesn't quiet suit me, i also have foind no possible way to get round this.
Is there anyone out there that can offer a nugget of information?

www.phoenixtools.com
has 2 commercial shaders for very extended wireframe rendering funcionalities, have a look into them.
if you need something different or can't afford an investment just render your viewport in openGL with a capture (hidden line suggested).
create a pass with an override to give all objects a constant black material, set a white wireframe (from scene colors) and there you go.
blazing fast wireframe rendering that can be composited with a norml screening over.
if you need AA just turn it on from the capture or/and render the capture at 2x the size and rescale it down.
