Looks like fun. Definitely a nice change of pace, especially if you're used to softer toddler safe CG flicks. Granted, its probably not gonna replace Jackie Chan, but I'll take my chop sockey action where I can get it. :)

(BTW, don't click the TMNT poster thumbnail. You'll just get the old teaser. Simply let the page load.)

Could you all please stop posting links where it says stupid copyright destriction does not allow us to play the material outside of the US. This is fracking annoying! :banghead:

I was able to see it just fine in Firefox. Well, except that it was like watching a movie trailer on a grain of rice at that resolution but I *think* it looked cool.

I saw it just fine too. Looks fun. I'm interested.

Well, I can't see it right now (running IE at the place I'm working at - d'oh!), but I'll be sure to check it out at home. I can't wait to see this - it's been a while since I've looked forward to a CG film this much.

It does have to be the most annoying development of the net in a while. Why can something be restricted just to 1 country! its mental. I`ll try and find a proxy and see it if possible, or just wait for the "world" release of the stupid thing. sheesh

Would you rather them fart like they do in every other animated feature? :D

Don't you see that I'm out to get you? My sole purpose in life is to annoy and inconvenience you. In fact, before I went to bed, I wrote up a manifesto. Sheesh. I don't even get points for trying to be helpful.

Sorry that you couldn't see it, but that's really not my fault. If you feel that this practice of limiting the viewing audience is unfair then I suggest that you contact the content provider directly. I just posted the link. I didn't make the trailer.

That trailer has been out there for quite some time, cool nevertheless.

This is the teaser, not the same as the trailer in the first post.

Won't let me view the trailer either... :(

Had the same issue trying to watch the pre-season 3 battlestar galactica episodes on sci-fi as well.

Well I'm screwed, it won't play. I'm in Canada, but my computer is from England. The guy I ordered it from was in Ireland and the tech support guy was in India. I'll never get to see this trailer.

it's youtube, so of course the quality is crap, but at least you'll get an idea of the style they're going for.

It just occurred to me: New York Turtles with Japanese ninja training and California accents, made in Hong Kong.

I have to say I was very disappointed when the trailer began with the sentence, "Every 3000 years". I'm not a big fan of the "Every x years something bad happens" plot line.

I bought TMNT #11 the fist time I went into an actaul comic shop. I must of been around 13 and I thought they were the best thing to ever happen. This was just a year or so before the Cartoon came out. MAN, I think this looks to be a lot of fun. I always enjoyed the black and white Mirage books the best but it looks like they have a fun mix of Dark and light in this one. AND-the quality looks great! Should be fun all around.

I was hoping that it would be more in the vain of the original comics, not the "pizza loving, 'dude' spouting" version.

I have to agree with JEWALKER here, it gets hokey after the 50th or so movie when it happens.

I'll for out my hard earned cash to see it in the end though.

Also quoting for agreement. There were a few other tired clichés in this trailer. A bit of a come down from the teaser IMO.

meh, they should have stuck with the teaser. It was much more exciting IMO. I never was too much into the TMNTs though.

Well I can see it just fine with IE6.

I really liked this, and even though I only saw a couple of episodes of TMNT when I was a kid, the "CGness" of this feature has caught my attention and I will definetely see it. Love the character design and the feel of the animation.

bah I wish I could see it :( And you tube is just too crap for me to watch it there.

I shall wait for apple. or a direct link, that would be great.

Bit better quality AVI link here:

http://www.blockbusters.in/bollywood/international/tmnt-high-quality-trailer-for-download/#more-390

Looking good - But why the hell don't these movie studios just put up 'proper' high res trailers where everyone can see them?! Where's the harm in letting potential customers actually 'see' their movie trailer?!

£££ (or $$$) me thinks!

Yeah no kidding. The physical action looks great and the animation is also fluid. But I'm worried that the plot and lipsync is going to kill it for me (I'm not sure if it's the codec but in this video, the sync is either off or animated horribly).

I love the turtles so we'll see :)

At the very least, I'm glad to see another genre in the animation department. I never read the comics, so the only turtles I know are the pizza eating, funloving turtles. I did find some of the jokes cheesy though... (no pun intended.)
