heres my first attempt at skinning a mechanical object, thanks to the discussion earlier... C&C welcome ;)

well, good start!

for a 1024-texture, it lacks detail and the colors look a little dull, maybe some aging would also make a difference, although the alignment is good.


as for the model:
The shape is also a little off, the corpus is too thick, the shape of the tail unit is wrong, and the front windows are too big.

also the side- and belly- and top-mg are missing.


i hope this doesn´t sound too harsh, but i really love the "flying fortress"!

yeah i noticied i forgot the turrets, and a few minor details such as the back tail when i was skinning it... :\
i think ill reduce the skin to 512x512 as it will only be flying in the map its planned for...
