I'm a new user and this is my first post. May be too lately, but I've decided to make viking's god Thor and this is my today's work

That's looking nice - good detail and facial composition. Hard to comment too much though but I honestly can't wait till you get more done! keep it up!

Wow. Looking good so far. Good facial detail.
Im from Norwegian descent myself, so its good to see Norse mythology being represented here.
Do you have a concept sketch for your overall look & feel? Or just modeling as you go...
Keep the updates comin.

the head looks a little small for that huge body
but good model none the less keep rocking. Model reminds me of one of the vikings from the thirteenth warrior.
Wow.... a really rare modeling method.
Not seeing alot of ppl can do patch models at this level. seems like u are really good at it.
anyway, nice work.
i'm agree that the head isn't so fit to the body tho.

Thanx, :)
Kfc, maybe you are right - head look a small, but I'll fix it later. I must model the hair from side and back of the head...
Kfc, why you think the patches is rare method?? It is very similar to NURBS surfaces... I work not with natural patch grids, a with spline cage and Surface tools (in 3DS MAX).

Wow - very cool so far!!! I love the detail you modelled on the head :)
I actually rather like the way the head is small compared to the body - it gives him a sort of superhero look. I would LOVE to see him textured :):) *hint* *hint*
Cool work, Feanor :D
