Great design, just work on the pose, especially the hands, maybe the camera position, make it have more personality, the position of the camera should accentuate the personality of the character, if he's like a bit stuck back, I'd put him in a spotlight on an empty stage kinda scene, if he's the cool mafia dude, cross his arms and pull the camera down a bit, put some more expression in his face, but nice nonetheless, not finished, but nice.
