this is so annoying. why is combustion masking so slow. when you draw a mask with ca. 10 - 30 points and then move a particular point, it's so slow & lagging. its so pain in the ass...

also you cant mask in the full composite mode like in the illuminaire-paint version, which was much more intuitive for masking, etc. (almost like photoshop).

For me works fine, wich version of combustion are you using?

Hi,

Issues with masking were reported in 2.01 and fixed in 2.1.

A few tips when using masks which will speed things up.

1. Turn feedback off
2. Right click on the viewport and select Use outlines only.
