Terrasynth collaborates with a variety of web developers and game creators. We have recently been hired to produce 3D characters for a AAA MMORPG title set for release in Spring 2009. Artists who are capable of producing next-gen character models similar to those of Gears of War (http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=t85&sa=N&resnum=0&q=%22gears%20of%20war%22&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&tab=wi) should take interest.
I'm looking for artists with 2 or more of these skills:
Modeling
- High poly
- zBrush depth maps
- UV mapping
Texturing
- Color
- Specular
- Alpha
Rigging
- Mostly bipeds
- Some facial movement
Animation
- Mostly game cycles
- Some facial animation

The following is required:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to effectively work from concept art
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work on a team long distance
Maya artists are preferred but not required

Terrasynth is based in Gainesville, FL. USA. This is not an on-site/salary job. I want freelance artists/independent contractors who will work with Terrasynth's current team from their home studios. You must legally own the required software to produce the work.
