Luigi,
Great job with these expressions. I have to admit that I haven't seen the model previously (If you have it on somewhere else). But his face is very well done and you could get even more facial expressions out of him. Though a wonderful job. Now you should do a little test with a sound clip. See how it moves from one to the other. :)

Very, very good model. Your friend did a great job and gave you a nice face to work with.
Your face targets are pretty nice. The corners of the mouth could use just a little more back travel on the smiles. I'd also be interested in seeing some more extreme facial poses. You've got some decent 70-75% poses there, but I can see room for more. Right now it feels like you're being just a little timid with the face, like you're afraid to break it. Go ahead and see how far you can push those facial poses. If you animate this fellow conservatively you'll run the risk of ending up with the Final Fantasy affect of the face feeling wooden and stiff.
Nice work overall. this will be a fun character to animate I can tell.

Out of curiousity, how do you go about doing lipsync with the bone facial setup?
A series of predefined moves or something?

Akkalis:
before start make animation a make a library in negative frames.
for do lypsic i do 8 or more expressions in that library
when you are making a dialogue you only have to copy the keys in the negative frame .
is the same that have a morph but in this case you have to copy the keys.
for do that in this case a have create a new morph that close more the corners of the mouth
http://perso.wanadoo.es/calizp/talk.jpg
Pabloz:
i dont do it in wiby test avi this is the cause of the problems in the lips i maKe it quicly and i get a wrong solution.
ill make talk expressions in wiby and change the avi and you see everiting works
and this caharacter have tongue :D
I hope next week make a animation with a sound file
Now in going to travel since monday not time to do enenthing more.

BRAVO luigi!!
I like very much the sync on the lips! very cool and "hard" style!
Just I see he moves a lot the head!... in fact, he doesn't stop! :D
I think with this movement the animations loses "reality" (even in a cartoon avi :) )
But anyway,... you're focusing just on the head without arms or body, so without "context" and hard to imaginate how much he moves his head...
Anyway,... I like very much and those phonemes are much better than on your previous animations so you've improved yourself! Congratulations!

The lipsync is really great but I think that the head moves to dynamicly. Also the eyebrows are sometimes not perfectly matched to what he's saying. I.e. when he's shouting he looks a bit anxious. I think that you should make a body rigg it and then try to repeat the full animation of a talking guy :)
I know it's a lot of work but it'd really be nice.

new pose i like a lot ;) finded when i was animating
Pabloz and Robal you are right
the head move a lot in going to erase all keeys and start with the movement, i think with this i going to have to redone a lot of thinks but the animation needed.
Rmortis the audio file is correct is febrebruary is tensecond club audio file the bad thing is the movement of the head :(
tienes trabajos tuyos o threads que ver , pasaste algun link es bueno ver lo que hace la gente cerca tuyo
Hey ponte un avatar con alguno de tus trabajos
r0bal im going to yrt the animation without body rig if i find it imposible i fdo that you say
thanks for the idea
hoppe to have the new version of the avi in a few days

Those expressions are impressive indeed.
Keith Lango said something about going even further with those expressions, and not being afraid of exaggerate them a bit more.
I think you should think of that when you're animating too, and not only with the morph shapes. There should be a contrast between the first part and the moment where he says "did I miss something??". Your character doesn't seem to show that contrast, he's supposed to get mad all of a sudden.
Also, don't forget to get rid of the way the head is moving during the whole animation. Acting it out is a must :)
Really great character design, keep it up. Waiting for more.
Saludos

posts- the autor of the post ask me about some of mine works.
