Hi, is there a way in MAX5 to always have the triangulated polycount show in the properties and in the polycounter? In MAX4 I had it like this.

you might want to wait more than 5 seconds for a response :D . if you press 7 on the keyboard it'll display the polycount in the viewport - if that's what you're looking for

Thanks, but Iīm always working with an editable poly object and the number showing is not triangulated. I have to add an Edit mesh mod to see the real polycount. This wasnīt the case in MAX4 for some reason, donīt know if I changed something without knowing.

Howdy !

you can always hit the "F3" key, and that will show you the hidden edges in your quads, but it won't actually raise the polycount to the exact number, because you're using editpolys and a quad is always made of 2 tris (me thinks).
Then, just double your quad's count and you'll have the number of tris...

not much help here, sorry !
