if you select two non-adiacent polys on sphere with COG turned off in local mode, the SRT manipulator stays in the averge distance (like COG is on) of that polys, when in fact it should stay glued on the first selected poly poping-out of his normal with Y axe. does smb know what am i saying? is this happening to me only? i hope so...

it is not a bug,
in transform menu on the right there is an option for that
just activate transform independently in local mode option and your good to go
