View Full Version : Rotating layer without the mask rotating?

I have a project in After Effcts, and I'm wondering how I would rotate the Sun Ray layer (that has a mask) without the mask rotating itself? That way, the layer could rotate without it showing on the part that I don't need it to...

put the mask on a solid layer above the sunburst layer, and set it as a track matte. then remove the mask from the sun layer. :)
