search for whatever images you want and you'll find them at www.corbis.com
I use this site for almost all my projects. I can't believe more people don't use this site.

I know a few sites, but I doubt they'd let me post them ;)

I once made an amazing nipple texture for a model. The character was a huge beastly character. Man, I wish I still had that around here.

Just look on www.3d.sk (http://www.3d.sk)
All the Hires pictures for (human) reference & textures.
Okay, you've got too pay for them, but maybe the free samples will do the trick.
Otherwise, just go with what CIM said.. :D

Have you used google image search for nipple? I know. The problem with using porn images is that #1, it's hard to find just a good flat on ahead photo of a nipple, and #2 if you do find one, the chances of it being high rez are near to impossible. My suggestion is, find a good flat on picture of a nipple you like. Enlarge it to the size you want. It really doesn't need to be THAT large. 512 X 512 or 800 X 800 is likely fine. Then hand paint over that using the color picker, clone brush, blur, etc. I assume you're using photoshop. Once you have it painted, add a bit of noise to roughen it up. You're going to have to paint anyway, no matter what you do, because you're going to have to make a bump map as well.

It might also help if we knew what program you were using to model and render.

Sorry, needed to add something else. A primary reason for painting here is the blending. If you just stick a photo texture of a nipple on a model, it will stand out like a sore thumb. It won't blend in with the color tones of your skin texture and so forth. Nipples don't just stop at the edge of the areola. They blend into the skin and the nipples themselves match the skin tone.

first of all thank a lot 4 ur help, the problem is im kinda new to the whole texturing and rendering.. its just killin me! i did as u said already, and now the nipple is my last concern, now the rest of the tit became my new dilema, as u know the spores around that area are pretty obvious, and uniform unlike all the skin, and since my work is a close up, of only the breast, then i need something pretty high res for the rest of the skin, THEN, lol.. comes my other problem, which is the bump map which is pretty crappy since i dont have a good skin texture to build upon in the first place! :S thanks again 4 ur help man

quick skin texture tips
Get a good skin texture color. Find a grunge or dirt map with small areas of discoloration spread out across the entire image. Apply this in a layer above the skin color texture. Play with the layer in terms of opacity and apply modes. Lighten, darken, hue, saturation, etc. What you want is to apply the grunge map layer to the skin texture in a way which will cause your basic skin color texture to be somewhat mottled, so that the skin isn't all the same color but has areas that differ, as real skin does. That's your basic skin texture, unless you want to add scars, etc. Next, in a new layer, add noise, invert the noise layer to a negative image. That's the bump map, for pores etc. That's a very simple skin texture. It can be taken far past that with wrinkles, scars, tattoos blood vessels and lots of other things.
