Hi all! I have a problem... When I export a movie from After Effect,(as AVI-DV here, or .tga sequence in PAL format) it result in low quality...
If I overlap the original with the exported one in an editing program it look like blurred...
I export with option at best quality...
How Can I export a sequence and be sure to never lose any quality? Thanks...

Most likely you are looking at the wrong end of the chain. I think your footage interpretation is incorrect and your fields get interpolated/ inverted. check taht and try again.

I think that you need to supply a little more information. First are you modifying the original file? What I mean is - are you scaling it, moving it, applying blur effects (like motion blur, force motion blur etc.)? If so then AfterEffects is interpolating the images/clips and that is where you are getting image quality loss. If not, double check your settings and make sure you are outputting to BEST quality with no compression.

Another point would be is if you aren't modifying the video and using AE as a non-linear editor, you should probably use something else like Premiere, Avid, FCP etc.. AfterEffects is really only meant for VFX and MotionGraphics, not editing.

Other than that I think that Mylenium is correct in that your footage interpretation is incorrect. Make sure that the field order is correct in your output etc..

I use a lot of layers, I.E. a mask and a bit of shadow/brightness effect, a white level as soft light...Nothing strange...
No editing...Just effects... My composition is in progressive mode...and a lot of times I use CG material... The problem is stranger because if I export as .tga sequence it appear in high quality and with one kind of contrast, If I export in avi it's in low quality and with less contrast...??? I used since now AE 5 , export settings are the same...What Can change?
Thanks all...
