Qualifications:
- Strong demo reel demonstrating visual effects, motion graphics, and/or animation
- Experience and/or education in animation production and editing.
- In depth knowledge of graphics software such as Maya, Mental Ray, After Effects and/or other similar programs.
- Other software knowledge is a plus.
- Regularly and reliably work the scheduled hours.
- Self-motivated, with initiative and well organized.
- Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work in a team setting - ability to give and receive feedback on work
- Must live in Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create animations and commercials for LED displays in China.
- Create proposal animations, pre-visualizations and graphic frames for demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Discuss concepts with creative director and customers to develop appropriate concepts for sponsors, internal sales support and fan enhancement.
- Develop conceptuals and produce storyboards to visualize a potential project for the customer.
- Assist project management team with budgets and assignments for artists both in house and free-lance.
