It isn't easy to create a female face. and also aiming at beauty.
I must say this face is not even looking that female.
And is anatomical incorrect
and certainly isn't that beautifull
im sorry man, better luck next time.
You need to study the beauty of women more before you get nice results.
people might give you their opinions about what you should change, but if you still not understand WHY that has to be changed you STILL cant model a female face.
Female beauty is very difficult. no wonder many people fail to create it.
I think that she is feminine, not as much as possible, but enough so. If she were to be a male i would crit you for making a very effeminite male. There is a bit of a wide range for what is female. Though if you do wish do soften her up a bit, lessen the severity of several of the features, namely the nose and that thing attaching it to the lips. They seem a bit too strong.
The body tho. Ummm.... Those hips are a little messed up. The waist is anorexicly small then it bulges out suddenly.

I would have to agree with SINN, the face doesnt look all that feminine, and I think the eyes are a tad bit too big. But that is all a matter of taste. Good job though! I would work on it a little bit more.

hi all!
This time I fix the model more than ever. so How does she feel?
Still like a tad? or some one not a girl or a boy? or between them?
well if it is still the bad face, please point out how to make her like a girl!

I think most of the problem is with the mouth. The mouth needs to be smaller, and the lips thinner, especially the bottom lip, and the gaps are too big at the corners of her mouth.

some said here, this model isnt beautiful or looks female
i wonder if that is what we should aim for when we model?
its quite known that in reality woman are not all beautiful.
most of us dont meet the magazine so call "codex of perfect feminine looks" .....but are still woman.:)
as for your model-
i think when looking at model i ask my self could she be
someone real?
the answear to your work is no (sorry)
your model looks too plastic and dollish and thats damage
her authenticity she need a soul ....some thing to make her unique

first i want to say - grate model
SINN: if you think that this model is incorrect, can't you point it out? instead of saying oh this model sux better luck next time. because your comments sux more.
cat_dancing: I totaly agree with you. it's like everybody work with some stereotype women dictated by the media. that's why the women models always look the same.
now for the model
only comments that i can think of now is the texturing. i haven't worked on a lot of textures, but what i can say is:
the lips look too red, if it's because she have a lipstick or whatever you call it in english, then i think it should have much more specularity (right now it look totaly dry)
it looks like you don't have a specular map over there, something wich is very important for realistic models.
also it looks like the skin is not bumpy enough. you should add a bit of freckles wrinkles or whatever small details you can (i would use a noise map for some areas but very blurry)
the skin color should also have some more variations.
if you want it super realistic you can also add more maps like transceluency, diffusion and whatever. but i guess it's pointless right now. color, spec and bump are whats important. (well, for diffusion map i think you can just invert the spec map)
i suggest that you read leigh's article about texturing in the texturing forum. it's one of the most informative articles about texturing that i read. you can also use the cgtalk search engine for looking at other textured models threads.

well, if you are going for realistic texture, this tutorial won't be sufficient.
i suggest using a bitmap for the skin textures.
what you can do with the tutorial is to use this procedural skin texture as your base layer when you start working on your texture.
you could also sample a skin texture from an image of someone and work on it in photoshop or whatever.
of course you will need to add more colors to it.
for example adding a bit of blue-purple color under the eyes.
and as for the specular map you will need also to make areas like the tip of the nose and the forehead much more specular then other parts.
i'm sure there been dozens of threads about skin texture, i suggest go to the search engine of cgtalk and write skin texture and then you can probably see how people made their textures and what tips they got.
good luck

just see my hard work rendering test.
My problems are:
1. how to haddle the UVs of the nose tip?you could see some problems on it.
2. how to make a realistic hair? I've tried Paint effect, nurbs suface modelling then texture it.but I was not satisfied with my skill. so please give me some good tutorials.
thanks
