Title: Baba Yaga
Name: Michal Kwolek
Country: Poland
Software: 3ds max, Brazil r/s, Photoshop

Hi, this is my last work, picture created for the contest "myths and legends" in polish cg vortal (www.max3d.pl).
Baba Yaga (Russian: Ба́ба Яга́) is, in Slavic mythology, the wild old woman, the dark lady, and mistress of magic. She is also seen as a forest spirit, leading hosts of spirits. She lives in a log cabin that moves around on a pair of dancing chicken legs (source: wikipedia)

you've made her look really deadly, while in tradition russian tales she had a more comical side. rally cool work nontheless! :)

Great picture Michal. Really well done.

I remember when I was a kid my grandmothers were telling me many stories about Baba Yaga. To be honest I didnt used to imagine her so deadly scary but you changed my mind:))

I saw this movie maybe 15 time, old school and daily food for easter block:)
Nice atmosphere and coloring. What i find disturbing is chaotic composition, and disturbing sharp branches
