I have put together a movie in after effects using mp3's and a jpg sequence.

When I play the movie there is an audible popping sound every few seconds that was not in the original mp3's.

I have tried different bit rates for the sound but nothing changes at all.

Any one have the same experience and know how to fix it?

Do not use mp3s in After Effects, use 48kHz wav or aiff-files. Consider this as a very common issue when using editing or compositing programs.

Thanks for the reply Scrimski

I tried using aif and wavs but for some reason Aftereffects would not allow me to export the movie using those file types. I did find through experimenting that windows media files worked perfectly.
