Looks good (like a koopa or something :)). Maybe some straights and curves combined will give it bit more punch? Who knows, but usually flat blocks of mass througout the model connected by curves give a better effect.

Even with toons like your doing, especially around the face! the body and head can be a bit more bulbus depending on fat of course :D

Also could you use a fill light and key from the side, it makes it easier to see the model!

Hehe, yeah it kinda does look like a koopa. Thanks for the tips to add a little punch... I agree that the lighting in my last update wasn't quite there... also I plan on adding more mass to his head , not sure if i'll put baby horns on him or not. I was thinking of giving him an oversized pitchfork for a weapon.. Kind of obvious tho for a devil type, maybe a cleaver would be better.. I dunno, but anyways here's a small update....

Had a little time today to work on him. I'm still dissatisfied with his chest breast plates... I'm redoing them.... Any other suggestions, comments? I don't mind critizism :)
