i know how to put rotation limits to ikhi chains bones... beyond this

how do i.
1. damp the movement of some bones or joints so they are not so as to better control chain behaviour.
2. add noise to movements... anything from small random variations to a movement to a repetitive parkinson?

please be as specific as you can?

there is a animation tut.. that shows you some stuff..(it are vidz, you have to log in..so submit to the site)

how to make things shake.. (noise modifier) and how to do that

and how to let an object stay in a characters hand for example..
so that its just still an object and not a part of the character..so you can animate it easaly that it falls out of his hands..or give it to someone else etc
