i rendered out my video yesterday in After Effects and it came out playing fast foward but the music was normal. Any idea why?

I first rendered it out as jpeg after I edited it.

Then brought it back into AE to Add Music and render it out as AVI but the video plays in Fast Forward but the music is normal.

When i Clock on the jpeg sequence in the project files, it gave me a frame rate of 30fps. The compisition setting was set to 25fps.

Could that have been the problem?

You will have to interprete the footage with 25 fps when importing. Right-click on it in the project window to change that.

well I tried that and its still playing it Fast Forward.

I think i did the same mistake with the previous renders of the same file and maybe changing the frame rate with this latest render is not going to fix it.

Looks like I have to start from scratch...
