hey

my 1st post on cgtalk! :P

I have a character that has ears and whiskers. I want to rigg it in Biped because it's the most familiar set-up for me at the moment. I already used the two available "pony-tail" links for the ears. It won't allow me to have more than 2 pony-tails.

How can rigg the two whiskers my character has still using Biped? Can anyone help me out?

I'd really appreciate any help you can give. Thanks :)

p.s. I want to avoid the trouble of creating custom bones, since I plan to bip-out and bip-in animations into different scenes, poses, etc... Should I just create morph targets for the whiskers to animate them?

Thanks again.

I don't think that will be possible without some advance scripting. Morph target will be the only way out for you if you don't want to use any bone system. Good Luck!

Hello

Just add some bones and position and link them to your biped (head in this case).
Then add a skin or physique modifier. You'll need to check and edit envelopes and/or vert weights.
