No crits...that's just not fair - give the man some encouragement. The human torso looks OK, the abdominal muscles look a bit weird, the middle row of muuscles looks a bit to broad, but hell, its your creature, who's to say they don't have it like that. What's the story with the mechanical looking spider body and legs? And the transparency? Looks a bit out of place. Some nice organic spider legs and body would look better maybe? Perhaps if you gave a bit of a background story it would be easier to tell what you are trying to achieve.
Good stuff anyway. Hopefully will have a model of my own for you to tear to bits very soon.

I'm assuming the transparent bones are just the rig maybe?
Cool work, it looks kind of ancient greek, sort of heroic. Very nice.
As for C&C...
Try moulding the breastplate to his body more perhaps. Right now, it doesn't look too comfortable.
His face seems a bit expressionless. Maybe a sneer or a smile would liven him up.
And ... BIGGER HORNS!!!
Great work, keep it up

this is soooo cool
Only crit would be the nose. bit too broad.
BTW. I would see what a weapon would look like in hand. (if you haven't already thought about it). :airguitar

hey alex, the work so far looks quite good.
my only crit is, that im not feeling the tolkien inspiration or where it may fit into the middle earth world.
maybe a little background to go with the character to justify its existance in middle earth would help?
otherwise its a good model.
