View Full Version : Multipass rendering/Blend Material prob
catbells007 02-11-2003, 09:49 PM Howdy all, i appear to be having probs rendering elements whilst using blend materials on my objects a least thats what appears to be causing the probs. Just wondered if anyone else has seen this or knew of a good work around. I dont want to have to spend time re-texturing all the many objects that i have in my scene.

that's a weird one.
send a max file through if you want and i'll have a play. no need for textures only the mask for the blend if it's a bitmap

Ive uploaded a zip with a couple of small textures, a test max file and an image compped in Combustion. Let me know what u think, im pretty sure its the blend mats that are messing things up. BTW im using 4.2 ive not tried the scene in 5 yet.
