Hi all,

I recently finished the sumea modelling challenge. The results were released 2 days ago and I came 4th in the challenge.

If you like to check out the whole competition and winners head over to www.sumea.com.au (http://www.sumea.com.au)
Lots of great artwork there.

Nice work.
What polycout the model have?
Maybe some texture added on a blend channels will add more detail on the white parts.
Cheers

Very nice work. Some impressive detail you've created there.

Hi all thanks for the reply,

Por@szek (http://forums.cgsociety.org/member.php?u=96659) : Thanks. The polycount on that model is 5997 tris. 1x diffuse map 1x normal 1x specular and alpha map.

The model itself looks really nice, the texture too. However the amount of white tribal like symbols all over the model is overkill in my opinion. Mostly talking about those shoulderpads then. Like said, it's too much for MY taste, doesn't mean it's a bad thing :)
