Hmm, well at the risk of bruising your ego...
Check your anatomy reference, as stated. Specifically, well...everything. The shoulders are too round and soft, the clavicles too sharp and straight, not enough definition in the neck or torso to suggest the underlying structures (bone, muscle, veins, etc.) Even the arms seem almost serpentine, lacking muscular definition to reveal correct form. And is it just me, or are her eyes a bit too far apart? And where the upper bridge of her nose meets her brow looks too abrupt and defined. Smooth it out a bit. I won't even mention whats wrong with the lighting in this scene.
Overall, an excellent effort, really. With time and a good dose of diligence, along with some good anatomy references at your side, I'm sure improvements will show in your work on a regular basis. Keep it up, you'll get better. And keep a thick skin, this is critique, not criticism.
