Arndt von Koenigsmarck is working on an R8 book, but he's not sure if or when it'll be translated to English. Hope so, because his XL6/7 book was excellent.
that would be cool if it happens. If anyone knows Arndt please do some convincing

Having bought his R6/7 book, I'd buy an R8 one if it was in English.
If it was the only option I'd even accept a machine translated version...

Oooh, if he will print a book for C4D R8 I'd love to get that [in English though] . Many have said good things about his previous book [like you Adam] , but I was holding off in hopes of a book for R8.
We need more English writers for Cinema 4D.

i dont have the R7 book but was seriously considering buying it, but now since he's making an R8 one, I might as well see if I can get that (in english)... If he doesnt translate it into english, i'll have to get the R7 one...

THe challenge even moreso with R8 is knowing enough in each area to write abut them, Most sure as heck won't be able to write about TP and expresso, and those who can may not be able to write a lot about the modelingtools or Fcurves. I admire Arndt for what he does.
