coming from a traditional background I miss the large pallettes I use to scrub the paint around on. The sliders in photoshop are slightly dinky and subtle adjustments are not always easy to make to the colors.
Does anyone know of tips or tricks to get a more "workable" space to move my colors around in?
One interesting tip I recently learned was to create a color table from another image and then import that as color swatches. Though small they give me something solid to hang my color thinking onto but the problem of subtle adjustments is still there. Something closer to Painter7's color ramp would be nice.
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
