Uh. calm down. Its not an insanely good piece of work so don't expect people to just fawn at your feet.
Looks interesting but please forgive me for saying that i cannot really tell what it is. Where do the eyes go for one? It is a rather complex pattern based design, but the pattern comes off as a rather simple sub-d/smoothed poly head, made mostly out of extrusion. Work on the edges, give it a more mechanical/organic feel in accordance with your tastes. At the moment it looks a bit simple/bland/and confusing becuase it has a lot of strange and seemingly purposeless bumps.
Hope i'm not being too negative. It looks interesting and can no doubt turn out quite nicely. It might take a bit of work but you will get there. Good luck.

yeah i like your model but i somehow agree with Goon that the details on you model are from extrusion.
but i find your model structure interesting since i my thinking of putting complex structure behind it. your model is like a mask wrapping on something and there will be creative thing happens!!!!!!
