These are the initial sketches for my character. She is a creature in middle earth unlike any others. She technically has no race, but resides in the world as a human/elf hybrid gone terribly wrong.

3000 years ago when Sauron created the rings and an army to overwhelm the peoples of Middle Earth, the Elves and the Humans created an alliance to bring the dark lord down. A ceromonial wedding between an Elf lord and a human princess was the bond that would hold this alliance till the end of time. During this ceremony the elf lord gave himself to his human bride and in doing so split his essence in two. Now as Sauron has become one with the ring, the humans and the elves have become one through the bond of their chosen wed. The unity should have lasted until the ends of all the ages.
Unfortunately the strength of Saurons initial attack was to great and the orcs of the olden days overwhelmed the elven barracades. The Elf Lord sent his bride to reside with her kind when all hope was falling through the cracks. He and his companions fought bravely but the orcs were more than they could handle, nearly all lives were lost.
The princess returned to her husband finding only the remains of the one she once loved. She vowed the she would maintain her position as the symbol of all that was sacred to the world of human and elf.
Fate, however, did not carry her will. As time progressed her being began to fade. Though she had now lived over three lives of men, her age was begining to show. Having been promised immortality and the grace of renewed youth, the vanity in her soul began to overwhelm her. She left the realm of the elves wishing for no one to know of her fading beauty.
Over the past three thousand years her soul hardened and and her body began to die. Without her other half, the essence that was once the bond between man and elf has now faded, leaving only a rotting past.
Man and elf grew distant. The princess that was once the symbol of eternally peace, now carries an evil presence and is know only to the inhabitants of Middle Earth as the Bog Witch.

Very nice sketching psilipsycho, and the story line sounds pretty original :D
With a concept like that, I can only imagine how impressive the model will look when it's done.

Are you planning on making her as she was 3000 years ago and as she appears today? Or is it going to just be one or the other?

I've heard so much about this model, so when will we get to see it? I mean come on. I've heard that this model is so good, that once if it gets posted noone will want to finish their's. Is this true?

Alright Psilo, killer work but you should definitely try and post some higher res renders. Some close ups of the face, rib cage and arm would be pretty sick also! All of your hard work man, you gotta show it off a little better. Of course web space could be an issue. From your happy student!
