Title: Money do grow on tree!!!
Name: Ekarat Abhiratvorakul
Country: Thailand
Software: Lightwave 3D, Photoshop

This is a job commissioned by an agency for a banking client they wanted a visual that shows coins growing into a large tree.
Had to render much of the leaf seperately or else it would takes too long. I did tried putting on the vertical grooves just like real coin, but it just doen't look good without the reflction along the trunk and the client agreed so I took the groves out.

 Kool concept! a cointree! You could have papermoney as leafs as well! that could be a nice illustration for a bank to show how coins can grow in to bigger money through savings and growth.

The Oak is a common used symbol for banks around the world for steady growth and trust! - so this concept of yours is a great way to illustrate this! - keep up the good work!:applause:

A very nice render :) Money in the tree itself in the forms of notes would have been a good add in.

I would have probably tried doing it another way, but it'd have been very time consuming. I'd of probably tried to use real sized coins to make up the tree, instead of really big ones to make the trunk. Wouldn't work I know, haha.

Great job! This is a beautiful scene, and your approach in conveying the idea of a money tree is superb!

I love the trunk!
