Looks not bad for a first head, but it definitely needs a bit of attention. Still overall it looks pretty good. interesting that you're including the hair at this point. :cool: It would help of you had a brighter light source in your scene.

Couple things: The model has sausage lips problem. Should try and tuck in those corners a bit more. The nose looks overly defined, especially on the bridge. The end seems a bit big too. And there's a wierd bump inbetween the eyebrows. USually women don't have a bulge like that. I'd also define the chin more.
