Matte painting concept for a student project. The characters attention is drawn suddenly to a window. Rendered in Photoshop, the close buildings and the street light contain photo elements the rest has been painted on a wacom.

Nice Lighting, at first I thought it was that dude's wife throwing out his stuff, but after I looked at it more closely, it seems something more sinister is going on.

just the character need some thing more than a highlight ... :)

Thanks, I'm not so good with doing realistic people even with photo reference, so by making the character dark I was trying to avoid details. He should have more detail though.
