for what it's worth, my two cents: When I look at tattoos, one of the things about them is that there are NO random lines - every line is there for a purpose, so you need to be really clear about form and structure. I think you need to make a committment to bold lines and blocks of color, and be really clear about your light source direction. I'd also check out some reference pics of roses to get your petals just right.
The blood drops should be simpler, I think, and should fall from the bottom of the blade, not the top. Finally, I think the handle of the ?knife? needs to be pulled out of the heart a bit, the way the right hand hilt just extends the line of the heart isn't right , somehow.
