Hey Ehsan,nice work here.I love the moorish feeling in it.i suggest you use a real tree over the pained one though.It might look better that way.Also try changing the way the snow blast is placed,fiddle around with it,only you can make it look better.

Nice. Some of the snowflakes can be abit more random and scattered. The window glow can be more vertical to counter the fat and horizontal compo of the whole building.
