Cool. Looks great! It reminds me a little of "Deadline" by Aardman to look at...maybe its the colours or possibly the huge eyes!

Raymonkey : I think it's the pupett/clay/color look...
I really love the deadline animations (just saw 2, I don't know how many there are...)

for the big eyes it's something I like to do...the bigger they are and of course not the same size :surprised the "dumbest" the character looks...

for the aspect ratio...in fact at the beginning of the concept I wanted to have both character in the same screen U know like 768*288 for one character and 768*288 for the other...to see at the same time what they were doing...but it would be too much work...I mean twice as much animation...

so it will be one after the other...but I kept a big width...768*350...

Verti : it's global illumination...but the flickering is a noise I put on the light...I like the effect on the global view, but I'm not sure it's very good on the close shots...
like this it almost looks like a bug...

but I hope when every shot will be together there won't be any doubt about that...

I had this thought
The sense for the detail should be compaired with big scenes my teacher artz always said (he gay by the way, so...) so maybe it could be a cool idea to let him be a part of a concerthall or something, he'd be the technician sitting in his technician-room...
