In this image I wanted the viewer to feel as if you are dreaming. Dreaming of a looking out of a skyscraper at a beautiful floating character. I wanted the character to be disturbing as well as beautiful. The back ground reminds me of "Dune."

very interesting and creative piece, i've seen this theme in surrealist works a lot, looking out of a dream gateway of sorts, but it's what you see afterwards that makes it interesting. And yes you've put an intersting, well lit, 'thing' which makes this work good.
