I love the torso and the head; for the rest of the body I'd hunt down some anatomy reference to make it more solid. This gentleman is wonderfully generous - I think he even sometimes does poses on request: http://imageevent.com/justmeina/temp

I'd lose the gun; it seems so cliche'd - there must be something aliens do besides shoot things :) . I mean no disrespect, I hope it wasn't taken that way !
