A group of 4 of us at Portsmouth Uni are making a movie trailer for a (Shaun of the Dead style) remake of "Day of the Triffids" We've had 5 weeks worth of work on R&D have an animatic and have already shot some of the shots. Going to be doing a fair amount of VFX work with HD footage and a few full CG shots.

More to come soon...

Our Deadline is January 24th, so watch this space for a monster long post! C&C will be more than welcome, as we're aiming for a high mark.

One of the shots envolves a Triffid smashing through an office window. Been experiementing with pflow trying to get a realistic smash over a proxy object.
