I can't find anything wrong with the model besides the eyes not looking complete and the obvious fact that there are no hands.
It might do for you to add some kind headlights or multifaceted bulbs for the eyes (bug eyes)? Those might fit in with the semi-cartoonish style of the model.
I appreciate ur comment.. thank you!
Add some details on it.. Any more comments!

Hey Zvan! I really like where you're going with this, it's a pretty good model... a couple things i would look out for, i think where the legs meet with the feet need some work, it looks like they're just shoved in there, you could maybe make some sort of ridge that makes an obvious separation if it's gonna deform, if it's just an articulation then you could make a round, sphere looking connecting surface that you can just rotate around... also, the style of the shoes i think need more detail... if you're going to smooth some sections, and you're using Maya, i suggest using a higher level of smoothness, it kinda sticks out on parts like the feet and the hat thingy... also, the top part of the head might have way toosharp edges.. unless you want it that way, i don't think any type of material could do such a sharp edge when bent... other than that, i love the design! and i think you should put more lights and maybe a wireframe to show off yer work better! Cheers!

well it looks pretty good but better on the other shot, you might need darker areas on the bottom, it seems like you have torch lighting? is it fire? anywho, if that is the case, you should have harder shadows and more contrast... also, the steps look to perfect, but it's looking pretty good!
