Hiya.
"Rotoscope"...that's it. :)
You find it under the "View change" dropdown on each viewport (like "Wireframe;Hidden Line; Shaded; etc."). When the Rotoscope window pops up, just use the File link to point to the 'blueprint' you want to use. It shows up in that viewport.

Thanks a lot, but when i zoom my model that image in rotoscopy not zoom too...understand?

try clicking the lens icon on the top of the view.
that locks/unlocks the view to the picture.
btw if all this is for modelling purposes you'd be better off with mapped planes, no matter what app.

all you do is put it in the rotoscope image viewer then in that viewport (front/right) you click the mag glass that will be on the right side of that toolbar. It will be right next to wireframe. It will now zoom with the viewport and graph
