CGTalk - xsi 3.00 to 3.01

do i have a problem here?? i have xsi3 but my school just got 3.01 will i need to upgrade to 3.01 to use 1 project on both my home and school computers or does 3.01 and 3 go hand in hand?

I don't think that there are any problems between scenes for 3.0.1 and 3.0
