Here's the general problem. I'm currently textureing a rather large land mass. However alot of the shots are zoomed in, and since I'm useing a texture file the resolution goes to crap. Its fuzzy and such.
Is there a way to create great textures up close?
I've tried planner mapping individual pieces of the whole, but I thought before I waste my time I'd check to see if it'd actually work, or is there a better way?
My resolution for the texture is 2048x2048. I can't afford to go any higher. Any suggestions on how to make the texture look sharper would be very helpfull. Thanks
